Fill out the commission form to request a commission. You’ll be able to choose the type of artwork and describe your idea.
I will contact you to discuss the details, pricing, and deadline.
If you’d like to work with me, payment is made upfront in euros via PayPal (PayPal account or credit card) or direct bank transfer.
Throughout the process, I will send you the sketch and then the line art with flat colors for approval. One revision is included at each of these steps. One minor revision is also included at the end if needed.
You will receive your completed illustration within 4 weeks via email in 300dpi resolution.

Requests with background start at 150€, but prices vary depending on complexity such as background, composition or number of characters.
Please provide as many details as possible (number of figures, pose, background elements and atmosphere, additional elements) when requesting your commission and I will get back to you with an estimated price.

These are digital commissions (no physical product) in my style.
All artworks come with a signature/watermark that must not be removed (see point 5 on copyright and usage policy).
If I accept your project, I will send you an estimate. Work will begin once the estimate is signed and the payment is made.
I reserve the right to reject any commission request for any reason.
Any work provided to you must not be used for AI, NFTs, or for-profit platforms or purposes in any way.

All payments must be made upfront, either via a PayPal payment link (allowing payment by PayPal account or credit card) or by direct bank transfer in euros.

Please be as descriptive as possible in the commission form. I may ask you to provide references or a mood board if needed (e.g., poses, outfits, expressions, etc.).
After payment, I will start working on your commission and provide a sketch. I will proceed with the line art once you have approved the sketch.
I will then send you the line art with flat colors for approval before finalizing the commission. I may send you work in progress or questions if needed throughout the process.
Two revisions are included:
- Sketch: Any changes can be made.
- Line art/Flat colors: Colors can be adjusted.
Additional revisions cost between €10 and €50 each, depending on complexity.
No major changes can be made after the flat colors and line art have been approved, only a minor revision at the end is included.

The commission will be completed within 2 to 4 weeks after payment, depending on my schedule.
The final artwork will be delivered via email in 300dpi resolution.
You will be notified of any delays due to external factors such as health issues, increased complexity, or delayed responses from the client regarding revisions.

I (the artist) retain the rights to all commissioned artwork, including work-in-progress images and files provided to you (the client). All artworks come with a signature/watermark that must not be removed.
I (the artist) will never use commissioned artworks for profit or resale. However, I reserve the right to showcase them in my portfolio or on social media for promotional purposes.
These commissions are for personal use only. You (the client) may post them on social media with proper credit to the artist.

I (the artist) reserve the right to take legal action if a commission is used for anything beyond the initial agreement.

No refunds will be issued once I have accepted your commission and started working on it.
As this is a custom digital service, you expressly agree that the right of withdrawal does not apply once work has started.
If, for any reason, I am unable to start or complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, I will issue a 100% refund and cancel the commission.
If you violate any terms of this agreement, you will forfeit all rights to the commissioned artwork, and I will retain full rights to use or profit from it as I see fit.

By ordering a commission from me, you agree to these terms of service.
